Cactusland Boutique Hotel - Ho Chi Minh City

Location close to Saigon station.

Location: the hotel was really close to most things as well as really close to Saigon railway station. We ordered lunch at Yen Sushi Premium, located a short way from the venue.

The double room was luxury and had a nice bathroom. An electric kettle and a fridge were very handy. The hotel was in a great location, in the city center. And it was just a short walk away from Michael Mina at Bellagio, ate there couple of times.

Solo traveler looking for cleanliness

The room had a good size TV with Netflix, and the bed was veryvery comfy and tidy. I also had a great experience with the laundry service, the lady did a good job washing and ironing my clothes at an affordable price.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable.

I had a good stay in a long time. The hotel was spotless and stylish, had efficient staff and new-fashioned rooms. Liked my rooms with kitchen...

Unfortunately, there was no breakfast.

Just a great fit for a holiday in Ho Chi Minh City with real value for money. The air conditioning worked flawlessly . Be prepared for some noise from the street, especially on weekends.

great location , but rooms could be improved

The hotel's proximity to the train station made traveling very easy. The VIP room was notably comfortable with a fantastic TV. I also appreciated the garden view.

I booked the Beautiful Double Room with Balcony, and I loved the spaciousness and clean design. The mini fridge was a nice addition for keeping drinks cool. Having a tv with Netflix made my downtime enjoyable. The staff were friendly, but they could improve on attention to detail regarding room tidiness.

We loved the Queen Room with Garden View. Such a chill place after visiting the War Museum and Ben Thanh Market. The super nice team and the location made it easy to get around. Just a heads up, there might be some noise from the street, so pack earplugs if you're a light sleeper!

The lack of sound isolation made it virtually impossible to sleep, with street noise and evening karaoke echoing through the halls. I discovered rodent droppings in my room, quite disturbing. Despite having a nice design, the room's windows let in both the noise and the elements were good.

would definitely visit it again

The boutique hotel had a clean room and a great vibe with friendly staff, although the initial reception lacked warmth, and I encountered cold showers. Noise from the first floor was disruptive at night, but the laundry service was excellent, making my stay somewhat enjoyable.
